Foreversafe is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. We are also a member of the Safety Deposit Association.

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions (Clause 9) which provide details of what may not be stored in our safe deposit box. Your signing of the contract is an express understanding that you have read and will comply with this condition. If you are not clear of this point and cannot comply with that condition, you should not hire a safe deposit box at Our facility.
You may nominate a maximum of 3 (three) people as Nominees who must be aged 18 years or over and who may operate the Locker in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, paragraph 16.
No one other than the principle client and the nominees can access the safe deposit box. Even if someone found the keys and the ID card, they would still fail the facial recognition and biometric fingerprint scan. Refer to our Terms & Conditions, paragraph 11 and 16 for more information.
We have private, secure and lockable viewing facilities for you to access the contents of your safe deposit box in your own time.
We shall contact you by email or letter; approximately one month before your contract expires, inviting you to renew your contract. If you do not wish to renew, both your keys and all ID cards must be returned to us in person. You will also need to sign a declaration that you have cleared your contents from the Locker.
If you wish to renew but are late in making the payments, your account will be blocked and access suspended one day after expiry of the contract current at such time, as the contract is renewed and payment of the fees.
If you fail to renew your account, we will, after due notice, follow the procedure as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Our opening times are Monday to Saturday: from 10:00 to 17:45. Last access to the vault area will be at 17:30. We are closed on Sundays and Bank holidays.
You can access the Locker for free during our operating hours.
Our contract with you is on the basis of the contents and their values unknown to us. As such, we cannot insure your items for you and therefore, it is It is your responsibility to insure the contents of your box to the correct value.
You can make a payment by the following methods:
Bank Transfer – quoting your safe deposit box or reference number (if known)
Credit/debit Card or cash – on site, at the time of collecting your keys or when accessing your safe deposit box
For long term contracts, by quarterly instalments by standing order.
